高水平运动员是高校发展中的一支重要力量。文章主要运用问卷调查法、访谈法对高校高水平运动员的“学训矛盾”进行研究。研究表明,高校高水平运动员的学习过程以与普通学生同步教学为主;训练过程平时集中在下午,比赛阶段以整天集训为主。最后指出影响高校高水平运动员的“学训矛盾”的因素是平时训练时的先天教育不足以及比赛阶段时的自动放弃学习,并提出了一些建议。
High-level athletes are an important force in the development of colleges and universities. The article mainly uses the method of questionnaire and interviews to study the “contradiction between learning and training” of high-level athletes in colleges and universities. The research shows that the learning process of high-level athletes in colleges and universities is mainly synchronous with that of ordinary students. The training process is usually concentrated in the afternoon, and the training stage is dominated by the whole day. Lastly, it points out that the factors that affect the contradictions between students and learners in high level athletes in colleges and universities are the deficiencies of congenital education during the normal training and the automatic abandonment of learning during the competition stage, and put forward some suggestions.
