任何线路/站点选择的目标都是找出在预想的条件下满足预期标准的最佳位置。在这个过程中,对于多个准则下空间坐标数据的处理是正确决策的关键。传统的地理信息系统(GIS)被当做有用的决策技术,但是并不能处理复杂多因素决策。如果一个基于GIS的系统可以正确的结合空间多目标决策分析(SMCA)技术,就能把地理信息数据转化到决策中去。本文建立了层次决策模型树来对各种工程、经济、制度、社会和环境目标进行优化排序。本文还对城市地铁线路/站点的选择过程进行了说明性的研究。
The goal of any route / site selection is to find the best place to meet the expected criteria under the conditions envisioned. In this process, the processing of spatial coordinate data under multiple criteria is the key to making the right decision. Traditional geographic information systems (GIS) are considered useful decision-making techniques, but they are not capable of handling complex multi-factorial decisions. If a GIS-based system can correctly incorporate Spatial Multi-Objective Decision Analysis (SMCA) technology, geographic information data can be translated into decision-making. This paper establishes a hierarchical decision model tree to optimize the ranking of various engineering, economic, institutional, social and environmental objectives. This paper also makes an illustrative study on the selection process of urban metro lines / stations.
