在用CIP/CIL法提金中,最慢的步骤之一是从负载的活性炭上解吸这种金属。本文试图探讨通过将有机添加剂用于传统的NaCl-NaOH洗脱液,以一种经济的方法,来改善此解吸过程的动力学之途径。试验过几种有机试剂,如丙二醇、乙醇胺、脲、N,N-二甲替甲酰胺、乙腈和乙醇。以实验室规模进行了试验。与前人的工作作了比较,并且将结果与用作基准的扎德拉(Zadra)洗脱系统作比较。发现3.0%硫脲,2.0%NaOH和0.05%NaCN的溶液可大大提高工业电积槽的生产率。以后的论文将报道中间规模和工业规模试验。该法是目前在福斯特维尔的坚毅勘探公司(preseverance Exploration)的金堆浸场的标准实际应用方法之一。
In the CIP / CIL method, one of the slowest steps is to desorb this metal from the supported activated carbon. This article attempts to explore ways to improve the kinetics of this desorption process in an economical way by applying organic additives to traditional NaCl-NaOH eluents. Several organic reagents have been tested, such as propylene glycol, ethanolamine, urea, N, N-dimethylformamide, acetonitrile and ethanol. Experiments were conducted on a laboratory scale. Compared to previous work, and compared the results to the Zadra elution system used as a benchmark. A solution of 3.0% thiourea, 2.0% NaOH and 0.05% NaCN was found to greatly improve the productivity of the industrial cell. Subsequent papers will cover intermediate and industrial scale trials. The law is one of the standard practical applications of the gold heap dip at the current Preseverance Exploration in Fosterville.
