以典型黑土区未经干扰的天然次生林土壤为研究对象,采用修正的Hedley分级方法,研究了0~190 cm土壤剖面中不同磷素形态的分布特征。结果表明:未开垦干扰黑土土壤剖面有机磷含量高于无机磷,不同形态磷素含量以中活性有机磷Na OH-Po比重较大,占土壤全磷总量的50.78%,而活性磷H2O-Pi、Na HCO3-P含量及分别占土壤全磷总量的比重较低;垂直空间上,土壤各磷素形态含量以0~10 cm土层含量显著高于其他土层(P<0.05),并且除Na OH-Po除外,其他磷组分随土壤深度的增加均表现为0~70 cm土层范围内逐渐降低,之后先增加后下降的一致性变化规律;相关分析表明,不同形态磷素与土壤有效磷均呈显著的相关关系,均可以作为植物吸收利用磷素的重要来源,其中Na HCO3-Pi、Na OH-Pi和Na OH-Po对有效磷的贡献较大。研究结果可为黑土区土壤磷素有效性评价提供本底值参考。
Taking the undisturbed natural secondary forest soil of a typical black soil area as the research object, the distribution characteristics of different forms of phosphorus in 0 ~ 190 cm soil profile were studied using the modified Hedley classification method. The results showed that the content of organic phosphorus in uncultivated black soil was higher than that of inorganic phosphorus. The content of different active forms of organic phosphorus, Na OH-Po, accounted for 50.78% of the total phosphorus in different forms, The contents of Pi and Na HCO3-P in soil were lower than those in other soil layers (P <0.05). The content of phosphorus in soil was 0 ~ 10 cm in vertical space, In addition to Na OH-Po, all the other phosphorus components decreased with soil depth increasing from 0 to 70 cm soil depth, and then increasing and then decreasing. The correlation analysis showed that different forms of phosphorus Significantly correlated with soil available P could be used as an important source of plant P absorption and utilization, of which Na HCO3-Pi, Na OH-Pi and Na OH-Po contributed more to available P. The results provide a reference for the evaluation of soil phosphorus availability in black soil area.
