采用LC-MS/MS法研究呋喃西林代谢物氨基脲(Semicarbazide,SEM)在海参体内的代谢消除规律。将2.5g/kg呋喃西林添加到海藻泥中,投喂海参苗种,停药后,对海参体内残留的SEM进行测定。结果表明,SEM在海参中残留并随时间推移含量逐渐降低。SEM在海参中的药时曲线下面积AUC(0-t)为49018.06μg/L.h,消除半衰期t1/2为682.42h,表观分布容积V1/F为23.81L/kg,总清除率CL/F为0.051L/(h.kg)。SEM在海参体内消除速率较慢,停药300d后,海参体内SEM残留量降至0.5μg/kg以下。
The elimination of nitrofurazone metabolites Semicarbazide (SEM) in the sea cucumber was studied by LC-MS / MS. 2.5g / kg nitrofurazone was added to seaweed mud, fed sea cucumber seedlings, after stopping the determination of the residual SEM in sea cucumber.
