对某钢厂生产的37Mn5钢种各工序中全氧、氮含量及显微夹杂物含量分布进行了分析。结果表明,LF精炼后,钢中全氧含量比静吹前降低30.52%,显微夹杂物含量降低16%,LF精炼效果明显;根据示踪实验,铸坯中含La元素夹杂物占52.54%,含Ce元素夹杂物占71.18%,含K、Na的显微夹杂物占65.65%,转炉出钢、中间包及结晶器浇注过程中均存在卷渣;浇注过程存在严重的二次氧化。做好保护浇注、提高浇注水平是提高37Mn5钢质量的重要手段。
The distributions of total oxygen and nitrogen content and microscopic inclusions in each process of 37Mn5 steel produced by a steel mill were analyzed. The results showed that after LF refining, the content of total oxygen in the steel decreased by 30.52% and the content of micro-inclusions decreased by 16% compared with that before static blowing. The refining effect of LF was obvious. According to the tracing experiment, the inclusions containing La element accounted for 52.54% , Ce-containing inclusions accounted for 71.18%, K, Na-containing micro-inclusions accounted for 65.65%, the converter tapping, tundish and mold casting process both have entrapped slag; pouring process there is a serious secondary oxidation. Good protection pouring, improve the pouring level is to improve the quality of 37Mn5 steel an important means.
