幼儿园教师作为社会生活中的一员,具有多重角色,在幼儿园是保教者、家长合作者;在家里是父母的子女、一家之长、子女的养育者、教育者,家庭的主要劳动力。她们又是一个特殊的团队,她们有着来自家庭的压力和工作的压力,而且社会交往匮乏,只能在自己的小圈子里互相影响,容易闭塞。针对幼儿教师这一特殊性和重要性,我们在幼儿园的管理中进行了以“人文精神”理念促使教师“快乐工作、品味生活”的管理。
Kindergarten teachers have multiple roles as members of social life. They are kinsmen and parents collaborators in kindergartens. They are parents’ children, heads of families, children’s foster, educator and family’s main labor force in the family. They are a special team. They are under pressure from families and work pressures. They lack social interaction and can only influence each other in their own small circle and can easily be blocked. In view of the particularity and importance of kindergarten teachers, we conducted the management of kindergarten in the spirit of “humanism ” to promote teachers “happy work, taste life ” management.
