本文从理论和经验两个层面解析了中国工业部门要素报酬份额变动的原因,并采用面板数据估计和标准化系统方程估计方法分别测算了中国全部工业和细分行业的要素替代弹性与技术进步。研究显示:1990-2010年,工业部门整体的要素替代弹性为2.906。在要素价格变动和技术进步因素的推动下,资本扩张促使工业部门资本要素报酬份额不断上升(年均速率4.6%)。其中,资本深化对资本要素报酬份额上升的促进效应为年均6.4%,资本增进型技术进步对资本要素报酬份额上升的促进效应为年均1.9%,而劳动增进型技术进步对资本要素报酬份额上升的抑制效应为年均5.4%。市场与制度变革对要素替代弹性的大小,进而对要素报酬份额变动也产生影响。
This paper analyzes the reasons for the change of the factor remuneration share in China’s industrial sector from the theoretical and empirical aspects, and calculates the factor elasticity of substitution and technological progress in all industrial and sub-sectors in China using panel data estimation and standardized systematic equation estimation. The study shows that in 1990-2010, the overall factor elasticity of substitution in the industrial sector was 2.906. Driven by factor price changes and technological progress, capital expansion has contributed to the rising share of capital factor remuneration in the industrial sector (at an average annual rate of 4.6%). Among them, the deepening effect of capital growth on the rising share of capital factor remuneration was 6.4% per annum, while the promotion effect of capital-enhancing technological advances on the rising share of capital factor remuneration was 1.9% per annum, while the contribution of labor-enhancing technological advances to the remuneration of capital elements The inhibitory effect of the increase is 5.4% on average each year. The size of the elasticity of substitution of the market and the system also has an impact on the change of the share of the remuneration of the factor.
