信访是企业职工向领导部门提出自身建议、表达自身意愿和投诉、参与企业管理的重要手段,信访制度已经行使多年,并不断走向成熟和完善。随着企业和社会的不断发展进步,在新的社会环境下,企业的信访工作正面临新的挑战,为了迎接新挑战,更好的服务员工,提升企业凝聚力,本文提出了企业信访工作发展的创新思路,对信访工作的良好有序发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
