香港特别行政区在“一国两制”的前提下实行“三语两文”政策。回归以后“三语”中的普通话在社会语言应用中发挥了一定的作用 ,港人学习普通话的热情不断上升。本文从“三语两文”的实际出发 ,论述香港在“一国两制”下开展普通话教育必须面对的问题和应有的思考 ,并对当前香港的“推普”工作提出了建议。
Under the principle of “one country, two systems”, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region implements the “three languages and two languages” policy. After the reunification, Putonghua in the “Trilingual” played a certain role in social language application. The enthusiasm of Hong Kong people for learning Mandarin is on the rise. Based on the reality of “Trilingualism and Trinity”, this article discusses the problems that Hong Kong must face in Putonghua education under the principle of “One Country, Two Systems” and its due consideration. It also puts forward some suggestions on the current work of “promoting the popularization” in Hong Kong.
