恶性组织细胞增生症是具有起病急、来势凶猛、病情险恶、预后极差的一种血液病。病理上为广泛的组织细胞(尤其可见异型组织细胞)增生,形态怪异,大小悬殊。本院近几年收治20例,现根据资料齐全的11例作一分析。1 一般资料11例中男10例,女1例。年龄1～60岁,平均28岁。青壮年居多。发热11例,贫血10例,表浅淋巴结肿大5例,肝大脾大9例,有呼吸道症状者5例。病程4天至13个月不等。骨髓细胞学检查见异型组织细胞增生5.5%～46.0%。
Malignant histiocytosis is a blood disease with acute onset, ferocious, dangerous condition, poor prognosis. Pathologically a wide range of tissue cells (especially visible heterogeneous tissue cells) hyperplasia, strange shape, size disparity. The hospital admitted in recent years 20 cases, is based on the complete data of 11 cases for an analysis. 1 General Information 11 cases of male 10 cases, 1 female. Ages 1 to 60 years old, average 28 years old. Most young adults. 11 cases of fever, anemia in 10 cases, 5 cases of superficial lymph nodes, large splenomegaly in 9 cases, 5 cases of respiratory symptoms. Duration of 4 days to 13 months. Myeloid cytology showed abnormal cell proliferation 5.5% ~ 46.0%.
