目的观察基于脉冲紫外强光技术的消毒灭菌仪对染菌载体表面的消毒效果,以及针对于国境口岸行李、邮包进行卫生处理的价值研究。方法采用实验室模拟试验和现场试验两种方法,对基于脉冲紫外强光技术的消毒灭菌设备对染菌载体和行李、邮包的消毒效果进行测试,并计算和分析不同参数下的实际杀菌率。结果在实验室模拟试验条件下,基于脉冲紫外强光技术的消毒灭菌仪对目标菌大肠埃希菌(ATCC25922)、金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC25923)和枯草芽孢杆菌黑色变种(ATCC9372)(定量染菌到载体上)在距离为20cm、作用180个脉冲时的平均杀菌率分别为100.000 0%、100.000 0%和99.998 1%;在现场试验条件下,对待检样品及阳性对照菌金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC25923)和枯草芽孢杆菌黑色变种(ATCC9372),脉冲强光作用180个脉冲时的平均杀菌率分别为100.00%、99.99%和99.28%。结论基于脉冲紫外强光技术的消毒灭菌仪在合适的距离,在较短时间内即可对物体表面有良好的杀菌效果,能够达到相关的卫生处理要求,此消毒灭菌方法应用于国境口岸行李、邮包的卫生处理有可行性。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of the disinfection and sterilization instrument based on pulsed UV light technology on the surface of the bacterial carrier and the value research on the sanitary treatment of the baggage and postal parcels at the border crossings. Methods Two methods of laboratory simulation and field test were used to test the disinfection efficiency of the bactericide carrier, baggage and postal parcels based on the pulsed UV light technology. The actual bactericidal rate under different parameters was calculated and analyzed. . Results Under the laboratory simulation test conditions, the target bacteria Escherichia coli (ATCC25922), Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC25923) and Bacillus subtilis black variant (ATCC9372) Bacteria to the carrier) at a distance of 20cm, the role of the average sterilization rate of 180 pulses were 100.000 0%, 100.000 0% and 99.998 1%; in the field test conditions, the test sample and the positive control bacteria Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC25923) and Bacillus subtilis (ATCC9372). The average bactericidal rates were 100.00%, 99.99% and 99.28% at 180 pulses respectively. Conclusion The disinfection and sterilization instrument based on pulsed UV light technology has a good bactericidal effect on the surface of the object at a suitable distance within a short period of time and can meet the related sanitary treatment requirements. The disinfection and sterilization method is applied to the border crossings Baggage, parcels sanitation treatment is feasible.
