工作流技术是利用工作流理论对业务过程进行建模和优化、借助管理信息系统实现过程管理与集成,达成业务过程自动化目标的现代化管理技术,也是信息化资源管理、电子政务等应用的核心技术。本文回顾了工作流技术和工作流管理系统的发展过程,概要介绍了国内外主流工作流软件产品。
Workflow technology is the use of workflow theory to business process modeling and optimization, with management information system to achieve process management and integration, to achieve the goal of business process automation of modern management technology, but also information technology resources management, e-government and other applications of the core technology . This paper reviews the development of workflow technology and workflow management system, and introduces the mainstream workflow software products at home and abroad.
