沟通不是简单的我说你听,是双向的。好消息向上报,坏消息不过滤,上情下达,下情上达。檀老师:上级领导要来检查。经理要求大家把我们近期的成果汇报给领导,尤其是要把我们的亮点、优势、成绩展示出来。我们加班加点赶材料。但经理不满意,又做一遍,也没满意。再整改了一遍,经理还是不满意。最后经理自己加班把材料总结出来了。拿出来的材料和我们的侧重点不一样。我想问一下,我们怎么做都不对,问题出在哪儿呢?WXL
