目的:测定小儿清热止咳颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法:用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取小儿清热止咳颗粒中的麻黄碱;采用LUNA C18色谱柱(150×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.02mol/L KH2PO4溶液(含0.2%三乙胺,H3PO4调PH2.7)(3∶97);检测波长:210nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在0.08024~0.40120μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为97.6%,RSD为1.0%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便准确,重现性好,可作为控制药品质量的定量依据。
Objective: To determine the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in Qingre Zhi Zhi Ke particles. Methods: The ephedrine in Qingre Zhike Granule was extracted by steam distillation. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.02mol / L KH2PO4 solution (containing 0.2% triethylamine and H3PO4) using LUNA C18 column (150 × 4.6 mm, Adjust PH2.7) (3:97); Detection wavelength: 210nm. Results: Ephedrine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.08024-0.40120 μg with r = 0.9999. The average recovery was 97.6% and the RSD was 1.0% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, reproducible, and can be used as a quantitative basis for quality control of drugs.
