在1985年和1986年夏季,我们对某农药厂氧化乐果作业工人进行了健康观察,结果发现部分作业工人全血胆碱酯酶(ChE)活性低于0.70。作业组与对照组ChE活性均位经统计学t检验,其差异具有高度显著性。1985、1986年夏季,作业现场氧化乐果空气浓度均位分别为0.732和0.693mg/m~3。结合作业工龄分析,我们认为在氧化乐果平均空气浓度0.7mg/m~3的条件下连续工作1~3个月,可能使作业工人ChE活性受到抑制。
In 1985 and the summer of 1986, we conducted a health survey of omethoate workers in a pesticide plant and found that part of the workers had a whole blood cholinesterase (ChE) activity of less than 0.70. The activity of ChE in operation group and control group were all statistically significant, and the difference was highly significant. In the summer of 1985 and 1986, the average air concentrations of omethoate at the job site were 0.732 and 0.693 mg / m ~ 3, respectively. Combining with the analysis of working age, we think that working continuously for 1 ~ 3 months under the condition that the average air concentration of omethoate is 0.7mg / m ~ 3, which may inhibit the activity of ChE in workers.
