氟脱氧葡萄糖1 8F 正电子发射计算机断层扫描 ( 1 8F FDG PET)在肿瘤诊断和疗效评价中具有重要应用价值 ,是目前很有发展前途的一种无创性诊断技术。现综述1 8F FDG PET的基本原理及其在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)的诊断、放疗后预后预测和疗效评价中的作用。
Fluorodeoxyglucose 18F positron emission tomography (18F FDG PET) is an important noninvasive diagnostic technique for the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of tumors. The basic principles of 18F FDG PET and its role in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), the prediction of prognosis after radiotherapy, and the efficacy evaluation are reviewed.
