本文所研究和发展的伟晶岩锂辉石—绿柱石浮选分离新方法与旧方法的根本区别是:矿石无需预先处理和洗矿净化,以排除磨矿过程中金属阳离子(主要为Ca~(2+)、Fe~(3+))对矿物的污染,而是全部利用和控制这种污染与活化效应,使常用无机盐调整剂阴离子(主要为F~-、CO_3~(2-))及变态水玻璃对污染阳离子的选择性解吸及抑制作用,达到羧基酸捕收剂分离矿物的目的。与Browning-Clemmons法相比,简易可靠,经济合理,并经半工业试验及生产证明,取得了满意结果。
