报道用未经分离的30万吨/年乙烯副产C_5馏份制混合己醇的研究,研制了一种加氢性能强、稳定性好的钴-膦配合物催化剂;考察了膦钴比的影响、碱性助催化剂的作用、反应的工艺条件等。试验表明,在反应温度180℃、压力6.0-7.0MPa、H_2:CO=2.5(摩尔比)、时间7小时的条件下,脂肪醇收率可达99.0%(以C_5烯为基准)。将试验所得产品用作PVC的增塑剂原料,表明由羰化混合己醇制备的邻苯二甲酸二己脂增塑剂可以用于合成人造革的生产,其各项应用指标达到部颁标准。
