用微机采集和处理超声频谱,成功地实现了缺陷的分类,并对平面型缺陷进行了定量分析。实验结果表明,超声频谱分析技术可提高检测结果的可靠性,因而可在核电设备和其它设备的检测中获得成功的应用。
Using computer to collect and process the ultrasonic spectrum, the defects were successfully classified, and the planar defects were quantitatively analyzed. The experimental results show that the ultrasonic spectrum analysis technology can improve the reliability of the test results, which can be successfully applied in the detection of nuclear power equipment and other equipment.
