本研究从分子结构设计的角度出发,选用马来酸酐、邻苯二甲酸酐和二异丙醇胺合成了一种具有端羧基型超支化功能单体参与聚羧酸高性能减水剂的主链结构的合成,通过正交设计试验研究制备了一系列具有端羧基型超支化聚羧酸减水剂。试验结果分析表明该减水剂具有更优的分散性能,正交分析得到最优组合:MAA与超支化单体F的摩尔比为2,链转移剂用量为1.1%,引发剂用量为2.8%,反应时间为6小时,反应温度为90℃。
In this study, from the molecular structure design point of view, the choice of maleic anhydride, phthalic anhydride and diisopropanolamine synthesis of a terminal carboxyl-type hyperbranched functional monomer polycarboxylate superplasticizer Chain structure synthesis, a series of carboxyl-terminated hyperbranched polycarboxylate superplasticizers were prepared by orthogonal experimental design. The experimental results show that the superplasticizer has better dispersibility. The optimum combination of orthogonal analysis is obtained: the molar ratio of MAA to hyperbranched monomer F is 2, the amount of chain transfer agent is 1.1% and the amount of initiator is 2.8% , The reaction time is 6 hours, the reaction temperature is 90 ℃.
