采用不同浓度稀土液喷施叶面 ,研究稀土对叶用银杏园苗木叶蛋白质、可溶性糖、叶绿素、总黄酮含量及叶片产量的影响。结果表明 :50mg/L稀土液处理对银杏苗木叶蛋白质、可溶性糖和总黄酮含量有显著促进效果 ,与对照相比 ,分别提高了 33.0 %、2 9.0 %和 48.6% ;1 0 0mg/L浓度处理对叶绿素含量促进效果最佳 ,达 1 6.8% ;1 0 0mg/L浓度处理使叶片产量提高了 1 1 .64% ,而 40 0mg/L浓度处理则起抑制效果 ,蛋白质、叶绿素和总黄酮含量分别减少2 6.7%、1 9.3%及 3.4%。
The effects of rare earth on the contents of protein, soluble sugar, chlorophyll, total flavonoids and leaf yield of leaves of Ginkgo biloba seedlings were studied by spraying the leaves with different concentrations of rare earth.
