针对目前机械故障诊断中常用的以固定值(特征参数平均值)构造基准模的不足之处,提出了以参数城即参数波动范围构造基准模的设想,并将其应用于灰色关联度诊断中。对柴油机工作过程故障的示功图诊断结果表明,改进后的方法在复杂机器的故障诊断中,可提高诊断的准确性。
Aiming at the shortcomings of constructing the base model with fixed values (mean value of characteristic parameters) commonly used in mechanical fault diagnosis, a concept of constructing base model with parameter city, that is, parameter fluctuation range is proposed and applied to the diagnosis of gray relational degree . The diagnostic results of the dynamometer on the working process of the diesel engine show that the improved method can improve the diagnostic accuracy in the troubleshooting of complex machines.
