目的研究降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在舌下神经损伤后大鼠舌下神经核中表达的变化。方法 36只SD大鼠行左侧舌下神经切断术,而右侧在相应部位仅行舌下神经游离术,分别于术后3、7、14、21、28、35d各取6只大鼠含舌下神经核团脑干部分,用免疫组化法及图像分析技术观察大鼠两侧舌下神经核中CGRP表达的变化。结果 CGRP分布于正常大鼠舌下神经各亚核;术后不同时间点,左侧舌下神经核中CGRP表达较右侧明显增加(P<0.05)。结论周围性舌下神经损伤导致CGRP在舌下神经核中的表达增加,提示CGRP在舌下神经再生修复过程中发挥调节作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in the hypoglossal nucleus of rats after hypoglossal nerve injury. Methods Thirty-six SD rats underwent left subclavianotomy and the right side underwent hypoglossal nerve dissociation only at the corresponding site. Six rats (3, 7, 14, 21, 28 and 35 days after surgery) The brainstem of the hypoglossal nucleus was observed. The expression of CGRP in the hypoglossal nucleus on both sides of the rat was observed by immunohistochemistry and image analysis. Results CGRP was found in all sub-nuclei of the sublingual nucleus of normal rats. At different time points after operation, the expression of CGRP in the left sublingual nucleus significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion Peripheral hypoglossal nerve injury leads to the increased expression of CGRP in the hypoglossal nucleus, suggesting that CGRP plays a regulatory role in the process of hypoglossal nerve regeneration.
