在以天然碱为原料生产小苏打过程中,如选用聚丙烯酰胺为絮凝剂,则产品中对其单体总有微量的吸附或夹带,为分析微量的丙烯酰胺含量,本文介绍采用分光光度法测定。通过试验采用溴氧化——分光光度法,测定小苏打产品中的微量丙烯酰胺,实验方法可靠、重现性较好、操作方便、灵敏度高、测定下限可达1PPM。
