文章研究卫浴空间扶手存在的问题,设计更为安全易用的通用性安全扶手。以通用设计理论为指导,总结通用性扶手的设计要求。以相关QFD量表分析为基础,深入发掘用户潜在需求,结合目前存在的问题,研究人机交互尺寸与操作方式并提出解决方案。基于通用设计的安全扶手能够更加可靠的辅助老年人、残疾人等弱势群体独立自主的使用卫浴空间,并为老年人卫浴其他辅助产品的通用性设计提供参考。
The paper studies the problem of bathroom space handrails and designs a more safe and easy-to-use universal safety handrail. Guided by the universal design theory, summarize the design requirements of universal handrails. Based on the related QFD scale analysis, the potential demand of users is deeply explored. Based on the existing problems, the paper studies the size and mode of human-computer interaction and proposes solutions. Safety handrails based on universal design can more reliably support the vulnerable groups such as the elderly and the handicapped to independently use the sanitary space and provide references for the universal design of other auxiliary products for the elderly.
