本研究的目的是利用博大精深的太极拳文化,对大学生抑郁心理进行科学防治,使大学生快速地摆脱抑郁心理。因此,运用贝克抑郁自评量表对泰山医学院的大学生进行抑郁心理状况的调查,并选取存在抑郁心理的大学生实施太极拳文化干预。结果:太极拳对抑郁心理大学生的干预效果总体比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),而且不同的干预时间对不同程度的抑郁心理表现出不同的干预效果,干预效果与干预时间成正相关。结论:对抑郁心理大学生实施太极拳文化干预,对大学生消除抑郁心理,恢复心理健康有效。长期坚持练习太极拳对防治抑郁心理,获得健康的身心有积极的作用和意义。
The purpose of this study is to make use of the profound Tai Chi culture to carry out scientific prevention and control of college students’ depressive psychology so that college students can quickly get rid of depression. Therefore, using the Baker depression self-rating scale to investigate the psychological status of college students in Taishan Medical College, and selecting college students with depression to carry out Taijiquan cultural intervention. Results: The overall effect of Taijiquan on depression college students was statistically significant (P <0.001), and different intervention time showed different effects on different degrees of depression psychology. The intervention effect was positively correlated with the intervention time. Conclusion: Taijiquan cultural intervention for college students with depression is effective for college students to eliminate depression and restore mental health. Long-term practice of Taijiquan to prevent depression, mental and physical health have a positive effect and significance.
