目的 检测人眼虹膜 睫状体组织内EP1和FP受体mRNA的表达情况。方法 以地高辛标记EP1和FP受体探针 ,用原位杂交方法检测人眼石蜡切片虹膜 睫状体相应受体mRNA的信号表达。结果 虹膜的血管、肌肉和内皮层见大量EP1和FP受体mRNA表达。EP1受体mRNA信号见于睫状体所有的肌肉纤维 ;FP受体杂交信号主要见于睫状体环形肌肉和结缔组织 ,纵行肌和放射状肌肉的信号未能检测到。结论 人眼组织EP1和FP受体mRNA广泛表达于相应有关受体激动剂作用的功能部位。EP1和FP受体mRNA选择性的表达于睫状体环形肌和结缔组织 ,提示二种受体在增加巩膜脉络膜房水引流过程中起着重要作用
Objective To detect the expression of EP1 and FP receptor mRNA in human iris ciliary body. Methods Digoxigenin was used to label EP1 and FP receptor probes. The in situ hybridization was used to detect the mRNA expression of the corresponding receptor of human iris and ciliary body. As a result, a large number of EP1 and FP receptor mRNA expressions were observed in the blood vessels, muscles and endothelium of the iris. EP1 receptor mRNA signal found in all ciliary body muscle fibers; FP receptor hybridization signal mainly seen in ciliary body ring muscle and connective tissue, longitudinal muscles and radial muscle signal can not be detected. Conclusions EP1 and FP receptor mRNAs in human eye tissues are widely expressed in functional sites corresponding to receptor agonists. EP1 and FP receptor mRNA selectively expressed in the ciliary ring and connective tissue, suggesting that the two receptors play an important role in increasing the aqueous humor drainage of the scleral choroid
