本文论述了用各种诊断技术监测90千瓦齿轮减速箱进行满载长期疲劳试验时的机器运转情况。试验是以铁谱法,光谱法和红外线光谱分析法等分析齿轮减速箱的润滑油为基础,并进一步对齿轮箱外壳的宽频带振动数据和输入轴扭矩的周期变化的分析作为补充。
This article discusses the use of various diagnostic techniques to monitor the operation of a 90 kW gearbox for long-term fatigue tests at full load. The test is based on the analysis of the gearbox oil by spectroscopy, spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy, and complements the analysis of the wideband vibration data of the gearbox housing and the periodic variations of the input shaft torque.
