实习期间,我批阅二年级两步计算的数学作业时,有个学生一道题目也没做对。按照评分标准,给他零分,是最简单的事。后来一想,觉得不妥,批改作业的目的不在于给学生打个分数。教师通过学生作业,了解学生的学习情况,对学生的学习质量进行分析,找出教学中的问题及其原因,从而改进教学。学生通过作业批阅找出自己学习上的不足之处,明确努力方向,跟上班级集体的步伐,奋力赶超他人。如果对作业简单地打个零分,显然是达不到这样的目的。于是我对全班学生的作业作了分析,总的说是
