用赤霉素(GA3)与2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)对烟叶进行综合处理。结果表明:在GA3浓度不变的情况下,使烟叶达到最佳农艺性状的2,4-D的浓度为3~35 mg/kg;2,4-D浓度在3 mg/kg左右时,上等叶百分率达到最高,单位产值和产量也最高;而中等烟最大百分率出现在2,4-D浓度为10 mg/kg左右;施加调节剂的烟草在烟叶农艺发性状及产量和产值与等级结构方面都比未施加调节剂的烟叶明显提高。
