研究了含硼0.5%高硼钢冶炼、锻造、热处理工艺;探讨了高硼钢、含4%Ni(或2%Ni)高硼钢、0.5%Ni-0.5%Mo高硼钢的机械性能;摸索了含硼0.5%铸铁熔炼工艺。试验结果表明,试验室采用的高硼钢冶炼工艺、锻造工艺是可行的;高硼钢的热处理制度为1050℃/0.5h水冷+810℃/1h油冷;高硼钢冲击韧性不稳定,存在缺口敏感性,其机械性能不能满足技术要求;4%Ni或2%Ni高硼钢及0.5Ni-0.5%Mo高硼钢的机械性能均能满足技术条件要求;试验室熔炼高硼铸铁工艺是可行的,其性能基本满足技术条件要求。
The mechanical properties of high boron steel containing 4% Ni (or 2% Ni) high boron steel and 0.5% Ni-0.5% Mo high boron steel were investigated. Groping boron 0.5% cast iron smelting process. The test results show that the high boron steel smelting process and forging process adopted in the laboratory are feasible. The heat treatment system of high boron steel is 1050 ℃ / 0.5h water cooling + 810 ℃ / 1h oil cooling; the impact toughness of high boron steel is unstable and exists Notch sensitivity, the mechanical properties can not meet the technical requirements; 4% Ni or 2% Ni high boron steel and 0.5Ni-0.5% Mo high boron steel mechanical properties can meet the technical requirements; Laboratory high boron cast iron process is Feasible, its performance basically meet the technical requirements.
