为探讨壮秧营养剂对软盘旱育秧和苗床旱育秧的壮秧效果及机理 ,以水稻品种中 - 1 0 0 ,湘早籼 2 8号和中优早 81为供试材料 ,比较研究了 4种壮秧营养剂对水稻软盘旱育和苗床旱育秧苗的生理影响 .结果表明 :壮秧营养剂 T1 ,T2 和 T4对苗床旱育秧苗的根数和茎基宽比对照显著提高 ;壮秧营养剂 T1 ,T2 和 T3对软盘旱育秧苗的生理影响主要表现为根干重、根系α-萘胺氧化力、根系总吸收表面积和活跃表面积、叶片含氮量及叶绿素含量提高的幅度较大 ,T1 和 T2 所表现出的效应差异不大 ,而 T3表现出较大的优势 .生产上应用时 ,早稻软盘旱育秧壮秧营养剂每盘的施用量以 8~ 1 2 g(434孔型 ,直径 2 .2 cm)为佳 ,苗床旱育秧的施用量则采用 75 g/ m2为宜
