目的预测分析某创新活性炭节能改造项目投产后,是否会对劳动者身体健康产生影响及其影响程度。方法采用检查表法、类比法、经验法相结合进行定性和定量分析与评价。结果该项目属于职业病危害一般的建设项目,职业卫生状况良好。在保持设备密闭性,通风除尘(排毒)设备等正常运行,尤其是自主创新的二个一体化转炉,密闭性好、加上连续机械运输转,粉尘和噪声作业量减少,若产量增加,作业点的粉尘浓度、噪声强度(日接触量)可能比旧生产线高;毒物浓度、高温WBGT指数比旧生产线有所改善。结论建设与设计施工单位应参照有关卫生标准和本预评价书中的建议,补充设计、完善各类职业病危害因素防护措施,完善应急救援预案,并确保实施。
Objective To predict whether an innovative activated carbon energy-saving retrofit project will have an impact on the health of workers and its impact after it is put into operation. Results The project belonged to the general construction project with occupational hazards, occupational health was in good condition. Conclusion The construction and design construction unit should make reference to relevant health standards and the suggestions in the book of pre-evaluation to supplement the design and improvement of protective measures for various occupational hazards, improve the emergency rescue plan and ensure its implementation.
