师范生的教学技能训练是培养合格教师的关键环节,引领着教师教育发展的潮流与趋势,即教师专业化的起点。本文从高校任课教师的研究视角出发,通过长期的教学观察和调查研究,总结出高校地理师范生教学技能训练中存在教学基本功差、缺乏教学研究能力、对现代教育技术重视不够等一系列问题。在河南大学地理师范生教学技能训练中,尝试了一些具体的革新措施,实施成效显著,可为其他高校提供参考与借鉴。 Normal students’ teaching skills training is the key to cultivate qualified teachers, leading the tide and trend of teacher education development, that is, the starting point of teacher professionalization.
