为了证实肾脏接受体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)时可能产生氧自由基脂质过氧化反应而发生急性肾功能损害,采用硫代巴比妥酸法和放射免疫分析法分别测定了血清及尿液中氧自由基代谢产物丙二醛(MDA)和血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),结果发现肾结石患者外周血和山羊肾组织匀浆在ESWL后MDA浓度明显升高,SOD活力明显下降。认为行ESWL时肾脏产生大量氧自由基,抗氧化能力缺乏,脂质过氧化作用加剧是导致ESWL后肾功能损害的重要机理之一,并据此提出了肾功能损害的预防措施。
In order to confirm that renal impaired lipid peroxidation may occur in patients undergoing extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) with acute renal impairment, serum and urine were measured by thiobarbituric acid and radioimmunoassay (MDA) and serum superoxide dismutase (SOD). The results showed that the concentration of MDA and the activity of SOD in peripheral blood and goat kidney homogenate were significantly increased after ESWL. It is considered that ESWL can produce large amount of oxygen free radicals in the kidney, lack of anti-oxidation ability and increased lipid peroxidation, which are one of the important mechanisms leading to renal dysfunction after ESWL. Therefore, preventive measures of renal dysfunction are proposed.
