我们的案卷类目,是由文书、档案、业务三方面的工作人员共同研究提出的,经领导审核后使用。这样做是能够使案卷类目拟得全面和切合实际的。有些单位的案卷类目初稿是由文书处理工作人员提出的。有些是由档案工作人员提出的。我们认为以文书处理人员为主,由档案工作人员协助提出的初稿比较好;然后将初稿印发给业务人员,发动他们进行充分讨论,提出修改和补充意见。业务人员是直接接触具体业务的,他们能够根据类目初稿提出更实际的意见。
Our case file category, by the clerical, archives, business staff from the three aspects of joint research proposed by the leadership review. In doing so, it is possible to make the case file type comprehensive and realistic. In some units, the first draft of the case file was submitted by clerical staff. Some are filed by archivists. We think that the first batch of drafts, assisted by archivists, is best handled by clerical staff. The first draft is then circulated to business people to mobilize them to conduct full discussions and make amendments and supplements. Business people are in direct contact with specific businesses and they can come up with more realistic advice based on the first draft of the category.
