以苹果果渣为试验材料,部分或全部代替木屑对榆黄蘑(Pleurotus citrinipileatus)进行栽培试验。结果表明,配方G4(果渣80%、麦麸18%、石膏1%、石灰3%,料水比1∶1.5)栽培的榆黄蘑生产周期最短,产量与对照相比差异不明显。总体经济效益分析结果显示,配方G4比木屑配方的栽培成本降低25.93%,经济效益提高0.23%,投入产出比为1∶2.92;单袋经济效益分析结果显示,配方G4的生物学效率达72%以上,与对照相比,栽培成本降低38.68%,经济效益提高14.35%。
Using apple pomace as test material, some or all of the wood chips were substituted for Pleurotus citrinipileatus. The results showed that the yield of the cultivated P.fusa was the shortest and the yield was not significantly different from that of the control (G4) (Paste 80%, wheat bran 18%, gypsum 1%, lime 3% and water to material ratio 1: 1.5). The results of overall economic analysis showed that the cost of formula G4 was 25.93% lower than that of sawdust formula, the economic benefit was increased by 0.23% and the input-output ratio was 1: 2.92. The economic efficiency analysis of single bag showed that the biological efficiency of formula G4 reached 72 %, Compared with the control, the cultivation cost is reduced by 38.68% and the economic benefit is increased by 14.35%.
