由淮委工管处与本刊联合举办的宣传水法有奖征文活动,自去年夏季开展以来,得到很多地(市)、县水利部门的响应,收到了大量的来稿。来稿中大部分是有关当地宣传贯彻水法工作情况的总结介绍,也有部分依据水法对照实际问题调查研究,触及一些问题的实质,提出有价值的建议。本刊从去年第三期起选登了近十篇文章,有的引起了很好的反响。本刊今后仍将刊登水法 The campaign to publicize the Water Law Prize and Essay jointly sponsored by the Huai-Wei Public Security Bureau and the journal has received a great deal of contributions since the summer of last year and has received many responses from the water conservancy departments of the prefectures and cities. Most of the manuscripts are summaries of the local publicity and implementation of the water law work, and some are based on the investigation of the actual problems of water law, touching on the substance of some issues and putting forward valuable suggestions.
