目的检测儿童麻疹疫苗接种3~10年后的特异性血清抗体水平。方法选取40名3~10年前接种麻疹疫苗的健康儿童作为研究对象,采集外周血,分离血清。血清标本设对照组和实验组,对照组的淋巴细胞正常培养,实验组的淋巴细胞加麻疹疫苗培养,检测IL-2,INF-γ,TNF-α,IL-4,IL-5,IL-10及麻疹抗体水平。结果麻疹抗体低应答8例,应答24例,高应答8例,麻疹抗体的阳性检出率为80.00%(32/40)。麻疹疫苗接种3~6年、7~8年、9~10年儿童的麻疹抗体水平比较,均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。实验组的TNF-α、IL-10水平均显著高于对照组,P<0.05;两组的IFN-γ、IL-4水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论麻疹疫苗接种3~10年后的儿童具有较高的抗体阳性率,体内存在免疫记忆T细胞,提示麻疹疫苗接种的远期免疫效果较为理想。
Objective To detect the level of specific serum antibody in children measles vaccine 3 to 10 years after vaccination. Methods Forty healthy children vaccinated with measles vaccine from 3 to 10 years ago were selected as the research object, peripheral blood was collected and serum was separated. IL-2, INF-γ, TNF-α, IL-4, IL-5 and IL-6 were detected in serum samples by normal lymphocyte culture in control group and experimental group and control group, lymphocyte and measles vaccine in experimental group, 10 and measles antibody levels. Results The measles antibody had low response in 8 cases, 24 cases in response and 8 cases in high response. The positive rate of measles antibody was 80.00% (32/40). There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the levels of measles antibody in 3 to 6 years, 7 to 8 years and 9 to 10 years of measles vaccination. The levels of TNF-α and IL-10 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 (P> 0.05). Conclusion Children with measles vaccination have high antibody positive rate after 3 to 10 years of vaccination, and immune memory T cells exist in vivo, suggesting that the long-term immunization effect of measles vaccine is ideal.
