目的:了解河源市卫生学校护生无菌技术操作中的常见错误,建立合理有效整改措施,提高教学质量。方法:对学校200名学生进行实施整改措施前后的无菌技术操作考核,并对考核成绩进行分析。结果:整改措施前合格率为54%;整改措施后合格率为75%。无菌技术操作常见错误发生率明显减少。结论:在实训操作练习中,教师应及时发现学生在无菌技术操作时出现的错误,并及时纠正,才能提高学生的操作技能,从而提高教学质量。
Objective: To understand the common mistakes in the operation of aseptic technique of health students in Heyuan City, establish reasonable and effective rectification measures to improve the quality of teaching. Methods: A total of 200 students in the school before and after the implementation of the rectification measures of aseptic technique operation assessment, and the examination results were analyzed. Results: Before the rectification measures, the passing rate was 54%; after the rectification measures, the passing rate was 75%. The incidence of common mistakes in aseptic technique is significantly reduced. Conclusion: During the training practice, teachers should promptly find out the mistakes students make when they operate the aseptic technique and correct them in time to improve the students’ skills and improve their teaching quality.
