作者设计建立了犬CPCR实验模型,随机分成川芎嗪(Tetramethylpyrazine,TMP)实验组(8只犬)和生理盐水对照组(7只犬)。结果表明,应用TMP后能显著增加实验组犬的脑血流量,60分钟后尤为显著,与对照组相比,差异显著(P<0.05);心输出量在实验组逐渐增加,而对照组则呈下降趋势。但冠脉灌流压和平均动脉压,两组相比并无统计学差异。实验组在应用TMP后对再灌流心律失常亦有良好的作用。作者还就TMP的作用机理加以扼要讨论。
The authors designed a canine CPCR experimental model and were randomly divided into experimental group (8 dogs) with tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) and saline control group (7 dogs). The results showed that the cerebral blood flow of experimental group was significantly increased after TMP treatment, especially after 60 minutes, which was significantly different from the control group (P <0.05); the cardiac output increased gradually in the experimental group, while the control group Group showed a downward trend. However, coronary perfusion pressure and mean arterial pressure, no significant difference between the two groups. The experimental group also had a good effect on reperfusion arrhythmia after application of TMP. The author also briefly discusses the mechanism of TMP.
