目的探讨不孕患者血浆血小板活化因子(PAF)、血小板活化因子乙酰水解酶(PAF-AH)活性的变化,以及外周血中单个核细胞(PBMC)PAF受体(PAF-R)的表达。方法对10例女性不孕患者采用生物法检测血浆中PAF含量,酶水解底物显色法测定PAF-AH活性,流式细胞仪检测PBMC上PAF-R的表达。并与10例有正常生育功能的女性健康体检者对照。结果不孕患者血浆中PAF含量(5.21±1.81)μgPL,PAF-AH活性(24.50±7.76)μmol/(min.L)、PBMC上PAF-R的表达与健康体检者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论PAF、PAF-AH、PAF-R三者在女性不孕的发生和发展中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma platelet activating factor (PAF) and platelet activating factor acetylhydrolase (PAF-AH) in patients with infertility and the expression of PAF-R in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). Methods PAF levels in plasma were detected by bioassay in 10 female infertility patients. The activity of PAF-AH was determined by enzyme hydrolysis substrate colorimetric assay. The expression of PAF-R on PBMC was detected by flow cytometry. And with 10 cases of normal reproductive function of female healthy people control. Results The PAF level in plasma was (5.21 ± 1.81) μg PL and the activity of PAF-AH was (24.50 ± 7.76) μmol / (min.L) in PAW. The PAF-R expression in PBMC was significantly different from that in healthy subjects P <0.01). Conclusion PAF, PAF-AH and PAF-R play an important role in the occurrence and development of female infertility.
