缓释肥料能够提高化肥的利用率,减少化肥对环境的污染,因而吸引了越来越多的关注。以水稻秸秆为原料,丙烯酸为单体,N,N′-亚甲基二丙烯酰胺为交联剂,通过溶液聚合法制备了秸秆基高吸水性树脂。以制备的秸秆基高吸水性树脂为包膜材料,10%的聚乙烯醇水溶液为粘结剂,制备了秸秆基高吸水树脂包膜尿素颗粒。包膜尿素颗粒的储存性能可通过在颗粒最外层包覆聚苯乙烯层得到改善。秸秆基高吸水树脂的三维交联网络可以有效阻碍包覆在其内部的尿素向水中的扩散,具有良好的缓释性能,在农业生产上具有良好的应用前景。
Slow-release fertilizer can increase the utilization rate of chemical fertilizer and reduce the pollution of chemical fertilizer to the environment, thus attracting more and more attention. Using straw as raw material, acrylic acid as monomer and N, N’-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinking agent, straw-based superabsorbent was prepared by solution polymerization. The straw-based superabsorbent resin-coated urea particles were prepared with the prepared straw-based superabsorbent resin as the coating material and 10% polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution as the binder. The storage properties of the coated urea particles can be improved by coating the polystyrene layer on the outermost layer of the particles. The three-dimensional cross-linked network of straw-based superabsorbent resin can effectively hinder the diffusion of urea coated in its interior into the water, has good sustained-release properties, and has good application prospect in agricultural production.
