平菇1020菌株是我地的一个当家品种.通过六年来在全国各地推广栽培表明,具有产量高、抗杂菌能力强、出菇温度范围宽、生长周期短、转潮快、产量集中、适应多种培养料及栽培方式、菇质韧性好、商品价值高等特点.现将主要特性及栽培要点介绍如下:(一)主要特性菇体白至黄白色,覆瓦状丛生.单丛2~4kg.菌柄侧生,长3~5cm,菌盖直径10~15cm.菌丝体洁白浓密棉絮状,在组合培养基上爬壁力强,菌苔厚可达2mm.菌丝体生长温度2~37℃,最适14~25℃,子实体生长温度3~28℃,最适6~26℃.孢子接在PDA培养基上25℃培养,约80小时萌发.
