企业文化就在企业实践中形成和发展着,只是由于社会生产力发展程度不同,企业文化在不同的历史时期所受到的重视程度不一样,而其在不同的企业之中或者在同一个企业的不同发展阶段,可见企业文化是随着企业管理的改变而变化的。先进的管理思想,总是与先进的生产力联系在一起的。文化管理作为继经验管理、科学管理之后的企业管理高级阶段,因而加强科学管理依然是当前中国企业管理的重要课题,同时也是实现企业文化管理的重要基础。
