海底管线X65钢制管扩径后,冲击韧性急剧下降,强度上升,导致性能不合格。检查了制管工艺,并对焊接接头进行金相分析,结果表明:焊接过程中,焊接参数波动(电流波动幅度超过15%)增幅过大造成焊接区域中过热区晶粒显著粗化,以及扩径时焊缝没有放进扩径槽中是性能不合格的主要原因。通过稳定焊接工艺参数及正确的扩径,能够得到性能良好的焊管。
Submarine pipeline X65 steel pipe expanded, the impact toughness decreased sharply, the intensity increased, resulting in unacceptable performance. The pipe making process was examined and the metallurgical analysis of the welded joint was carried out.
