为了分析多种因素共同作用时对电磁轨道炮性能的影响,提出了一种改进的正交试验设计方法。通过将先验知识引入正交表的构造过程,大大减小了正交表的维数,节省了试验费用和时间。运用改进的正交表,以炮口动能、出口速度和残余电流为指标对电磁轨道炮进行仿真试验,分析了放电时序、轨道长度及组件质量等10个因素共同作用对指标的影响。分析结果表明组件质量、轨道长度对指标的影响很大,放电时序总体影响较小,并且处于中间的放电时序影响最小。
In order to analyze the influence of many factors on the performance of electromagnetic rail gun, an improved orthogonal experimental design method is proposed. By introducing prior knowledge into the construction of orthogonal tables, the dimensionality of orthogonal tables can be greatly reduced, which saves test costs and time. The improved orthogonal table is used to simulate the electromagnetic rail gun with the muzzle kinetic energy, exit velocity and residual current as an indicator. The influence of the combined action of the discharge timing, the length of the track and the mass of the components on the index is analyzed. The results show that the mass of the component and the length of the track have a great influence on the index, the overall impact of the discharge timing is small, and the discharge timing in the middle has the least impact.
