国内外在设计精密管棒材矫正机时,传统的方法是采用增多矫正辊对数、增加管棒材在矫正过程中反复弯曲次数来提高矫正效果的,本文论述了这种方法的优缺点,同时提出了在一对矫正辊中对管棒材进行弯曲、张紧和压扁的“综合矫正”方法来提高矫正效果;介绍了根据“综合矫正”观点设计的机器结构和对管棒材进行初步矫正的试验结果,结果表明“综合矫正观点是可行的,是提高中小型管棒材矫正质量的途径之一。
