为进一步探讨肾阴虚证在免疫学上的实质 ,随机将 30只NIH小鼠分为正常对照组、模型对照组和六味地黄汤组 ,给药 6d后处死动物 ,以原位末端标记法检测脾动脉周围淋巴鞘区域的T淋巴细胞凋亡情况。结果显示 ,正常对照组动脉周围淋巴鞘少有T淋巴细胞凋亡 ,模型组动脉周围淋巴鞘见较多T淋巴细胞凋亡 ,而六味地黄汤组动脉周围淋巴鞘T淋巴细胞凋亡数明显低于模型组 (P <0 .0 5)。提示滋阴补肾中药六味地黄汤有拮抗糖皮质激素诱导脾T淋巴细胞凋亡的作用。反证了肾阴虚证存在脾T淋巴细胞凋亡的情况 ,而滋补肾阴药物对其有抑制作用
In order to further explore the immunological essence of Kidney-yin Deficiency Syndrome, 30 NIH mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction group. Animals were sacrificed after 6 days of administration and detected by in situ end-labeling. Apoptosis of T lymphocytes in the lymphatic sheath around the splenic artery. The results showed that T lymphocyte apoptosis was rarely found in the peripheral arterial lymphatic sheath of the normal control group. Apoptosis of T lymphocytes was seen in the peripheral arterial lymphatic sheath of the model group, while the number of apoptotic T lymphocytes in the peripheral lymphatic sheath of the Liuwei Dihuang Decoction group was significantly low. In the model group (P < 0.05). Tips Nourishing yin and tonifying kidney medicine Liuwei Dihuang Decoction can antagonize glucocorticoid-induced apoptosis of splenic T lymphocytes. Reversing the existence of spleen T lymphocyte apoptosis in kidney yin deficiency syndrome, and nourishing kidney yin drugs inhibits it.
